We’re excited to share that Kara Ghassabeh is now accepting new clients!
Kara is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s toughest moments-whether that’s anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting struggles, grief, trauma, or spiritual disconnection.
With a background in both social work and life coaching, Kara takes a thoughtful, integrative approach to therapy. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support meaningful, lasting change.
Kara’s goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom-the part of you that already holds the answers-and empower you to create a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and fulfilling.
Outside of therapy, she enjoys baking, thrifting, and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
