3. Testosterone systemically
4. Vaginal hormones to prevent uti and treat gsm
5 vulvar vestibule hormones for introital pain

Please join us in asking and to help us change testosterone policy.

#1 deregulate testosterone. It should never have been a controlled substance

#2 give us a pathway to approve female formulations of testosterone.

#3 testosterone deficiency should be a diagnosis.

The Rachel Rubin MD Urology and Sexual Medicine practice is a nationally recognized urology and sexual medicine practice caring for patients of all genders. Our work goes beyond the exam room - we’re helping shape national conversations in sexual medicine and menopause care through education, research, and advocacy.

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Bethesda, MD and provide coordination for our Los Angeles, CA clinic. This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, proactive, mission-driven, and committed to delivering a five-star patient experience.

Full-time | No weekends/evenings | 4-day schedule option available
$80,000–$120,000 (commensurate w/experience) + bonus opportunities + benefits
