Every January, it feels different.
Motivation is high.
Schedules feel fresh.
You finally believe this is the year you’ll follow through.
But here’s the truth most people don’t talk about 👇
Health goals don’t fail because you don’t care.
They fail when real life returns.
Stress shows up.
Energy drops.
Old habits sneak back in.
And when there’s no accountability…
no one to check in, adjust the plan, or help you reset
progress slowly fades, not overnight, but little by little.
This is why most resolutions don’t survive past February.
Not because you’re undisciplined
but because you were trying to do it alone.

2025 — the year MAHA came to DC💚

I never imagined that the people I’ve admired for many years would end up right here in my backyard as the MAHA movement - and RFK Jr. - arrived in Washington. Seeing those who paved the way now doing this work in my hometown has been deeply meaningful.

This year brought real wins and more than a few pinch-me moments - but what matters most is what comes next.
There’s an unspoken understanding among advocates that’s undeniable. When we come together with shared goals and determination, the energy is powerful and unmistakable.

Beyond grateful for the friendships and partnerships formed along the way - and for the opportunity to collaborate, build, and keep pushing forward here in DC for the health of America, and especially for our children. (there are way to many amazing people to tag - Love you all! Let's go get 2026!)
