The leap to independent practice doesn't have to be as daunting as it seems. Aledade congratulates Steve North, MD, medical director of Aledade partner practice Mountain Community Health Partnership, for being recognized at the annual Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation (FHLI) Bernstein Event. The event honored North Carolinians improving health access, equity and outcomes in rural communities statewide. North and his wife, Amanda, were bestowed the Community Impact Award for operating a free clinic for six months in Hurricane Helene's devastating aftermath.
