So I’m taking a step back for a minute to answer a common question I’ve been getting. What does 1440 mean?? Simply, there are 1440 minutes in everyday.
To live 1440 is like Carpe Diem with your health. Seize the day and make the most out of it! We literally have hundreds of minutes to make our lives better... #

When it’s broken down into small, manageable chunks it’s less scary. We all have the same number of minutes in each and everyday to spend time in our physical, mental and spiritual lives, improving on them the best we can. Let’s make the most of them and reach our fullest potential! •
