If meditation feels intimidating, you’re not alone.
It doesn’t have to be silent, still, or perfect.

At Hope Connections, meditation can take many forms. Through programs like Guided Meditation, Relaxation & Tranquility, Yin & Restorative Yoga, and Connecting with Nature, we offer supportive mind-body classes designed to help reduce stress and create moments of calm for people impacted by cancer.

This World Meditation Day, we invite you to explore these offerings and see what feels right for you.
All programs are offered at no cost.

We are deeply grateful to and the EagleBank Foundation for their continued partnership and generous support of Hope Connections for Cancer Support for more than 15 years. We are continually inspired by their commitment to strengthening our community through meaningful nonprofit partnerships. This contribution is made possible by the Foundation's annual Fight Against Cancer Golf Tournament, which raises critical funds for hospitals and organizations supporting those affected by cancer.
