Literally constructed from 32 tons of Himalayan Salt, our salt cave offers an escape from the maddening world. It is here where Massage, Skin Care, Energy Mind & Bodywork synergistically blend with the art of Halo-Therapy. Have you ever felt as though your entire being is out of balance? It could be that you have been suffering with prolonged aches and pains, upper respiratory issues such as Asthma, Allergies, COPD, Sinus infections, migraines, eczema, psoriasis, inflammation, stress or anxiety. The good news is that we are a alternative practice. This means we cannot diagnose or “treat” conditions. So our focus is different. We believe that when the body is in balance, and when we can be taught to use our breath to engage awareness, we will be in a better place to start opening up to the possibilities of self healing. If anything a year of “breath” anxiety has taught us, it would be the importance of breath awareness. Our Salt Cave is a man made salt chamber, into which we infuse salty air. They say laughter is the best medicine and in 2018 I met the most incredible person who i am so grateful to call my best friend. I do not post personal stuff on facebook, but i thought recently why have all of these amazing memories sit in my image library. Love and laughter needs to be shared. Hopefully it can be contagious. So here you go, these are only a few wonderful memories of our trip to Africa, where we met, fell head over heels in love with laughter, met new life long friends, enjoyed spectacular food with glorious sunsets and the amazing wild life that filled us with awe and joy.
True friendship is effortless, it isn't forced, it has no expectations and it fills up your love cup.

I realized recently that trusting the wrong people can cost you more than time and money. Self doubt creeps in, Always trust your gut. There is a lot we cannot control, but how we deal with the aftermath is just as important. Holding on to self doubt, fear & blame for past mistakes keeps you from doing what you do best.

Perfection never gets done. There will always be those who do things, and those who criticize why its not done or how its done. You don't need to be a scientist to recognize that we are all human. We make mistakes, but don't let that hold you back from getting whatever it is that you need done.
