In addition to three float tanks, we also have an infrared sauna. Benefits of which include detoxification, decreased blood pressure, increased circulation, higher metabolism, and weight loss. Take your infrared sauna session to the next level with a COLD PLUNGE! Contrast therapy challenges your body to adjust to the warm temperatures of the sauna, and then the chilly, 45-degree cold plunge. Cold water immersion has been proven to give your body a rush of endorphins, relieve inflammation, and promote blood flow. We have an amazing massage therapist, Marcus, who specializes in Fascial Stretch Therapy aka FST. This is an assisted form of stretching that focuses on releasing tension in the fascia, which allows your body to reach peak performance and recover quickly from intensive workouts. We also have a team of medical professionals that come by every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday to administer IV Vitamin Therapy and IM (intramuscular) injections.
