This is a great explanation for those horses that, consistently have tightness and and pain in the haunches.

Cannot stress this enough! It also causes compensatory weakness/soreness in the muscles, as well as, other joints in succession. The longer the horse is in this hoof position, the more likely damage will be permanent.

Please consider speaking with your farrier and get those angles correct as soon as possible.

This is another example of why we should not be riding 2 yr olds, especially in heavy work. Give those babies time to grow and get their spine and joints completely developed.
