During your training, pay attention to everything. The technique, the instrument handling, the patient care, and the decision-making. This is the one time you get to stand beside experienced surgeons and learn from every detail. These experiences won’t come around again in the same way. Even when the days feel long and the learning curve feels steep, stay focused and soak it all in.

A profile refresh while honoring natural features. ✨

This 33-year-old woman came in with a clear goal to improve her profile while maintaining the character of her nose. Preserving her heritage and keeping a softly rounded tip were important parts of her surgical plan.

At just one week post-op, immediately after cast removal, we can already see a straighter profile and a slightly slimmer appearance from the front. Swelling is still significant at this stage, but as healing continues, the final result will become more defined.
