Another self-help tip. This one is also straight from my work with Dr. John. If you don’t know what the cross crawl is, shoot me a message and I’ll explain it. It’s super simple. In the meantime, if you’ve got kids in your life, do these exercises with them. Crossing the center line helps to integrate the hemispheres of the brain for better coordination, physically and mentally.

Another self-help tip.
For those of you who knew my mentor, Dr.John Perestam, you will remember the illeocecal valve being linked to several ailments. One of those is low back pain. Issues with L5 are often related to issues with this valve. So even if you don’t have gas or bloating, you may benefit from this exercise if you are experiencing low back pain.

My Passion

My passion is being able to facilitate 'graceful aging' . My own joy in continuing to move fluidly with each passing year guides my work and continuing ed. The earlier we begin, the better! Knowing that I am able to facilitate the individual innate healing ability of each person and help them move forward fluidly is what drives me. Health and freedom of movement have been at the center of my interests my entire life. The human body, what makes all of it perform the miraculous connections in order for us to exist and how to maximize the potential of each individual is incredibly fascinating, challenging, exciting! I was my Biology professor’s favorite student as I repeatedly exclaimed “Wow! I just love this stuff!” I have found the perfect way to express this delight through massage therapy and I truly mean it when I say “I love this stuff”.

I am constantly learning new things to bring to my practice. Currently I offer: Hellerwork Myofacial Release...Swedish relaxation massage...Sports massage (pre and post)...pregnancy and infant massage...Trigger Point therapy...Reiki...Touch for Health Kinesiology ...Hot Stone Therapy...I am also able to offer impeccably sourced doTerra oils as well as my own wild-crafted oils and ointments and crystal energy work. Often several of these are incorporated into each massage as will best serve your needs.

Rates: $80 per hour. Longer sessions, shorter ‘spot treatment’ sessions and in-home massage available. I also offer a Monthly Maintenance plan with reduced rates for regular clients (Bethlehem office only) and package deals in an effort to make this essential care tool available and affordable.
