Hello and welcome to Opal Counseling Services, LLC!

I’m Mallory Stevens-Carr, the founder and counselor at Opal Counseling Services, and I’m so glad you’re here. I specialize in supporting individuals, teens, and families through challenging times, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with no judgment, compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.

I’ve been in the counseling field since 2016. Where I began my career working with people struggling with substance use disorders. I then went into private practice where I worked with a variety of mental health struggles from anxiety and depression to Bi Polar disorder. I currently work as a bereavement counselor at Lehigh Valley Hospice.

At Opal Counseling, I believe that people have a great capacity to make positive changes in their lives. That we have the power to heal, grow, and discover a more fulfilling path for ourselves.

Whether you’re working through grief, developing boundaries, working through difficult family dynamics, or finding your way through life transitions, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

This space is for connection, support, and sharing valuable resources to help you live a more balanced life.
