My weight went up 4lbs in a week.

An old version of me would’ve freaked out.

But here’s what i did instead

1. Remain neutral
2. Become curious
3. Be honest without judgment
4. Check in with your values
5. Give grace and take responsibility
6. Make space for fluctuations
7. Re-evaluate the frequency you weigh yourself
8. Talk about it

The type of meal prep that’ll have you EXCITED to eat 5x in a row 😝😝😝

Loaded Baked Potato Skillet

I make this more often than you could imagine 😅

Ingredients
🥔 4 large russet potatoes
🥔 neutral oil and salt
🥔 butter and salt to taste
🥔 28oz can of baked beans
🥔 1 pound bacon
🥔 mozzarella cheese (measure with your heart)
🥔 5.8oz container of greek yogurt
🥔 chives
🥔 parsley or cilantro

Directions
🥔 Clean your potatoes and rub them in canola oil. Season the outside with salt. Wrap them in foil, then bake (1 hour @ 400°)
🥔 In the meantime, stick your bacon in the oven to cook for ~20min.
🥔 Coat your cast iron skillet with a little oil to prevent sticking.
🥔 Break the potatoes up and top with some butter and salt. Pepper too if you’re feeling wild.
🥔 Heat your baked beans and add half the cooked bacon in.
🥔 Top it with a nice layer of cheese.
🥔 Broil for a few minutes for some nice color on the cheese.
🥔 Top with your preferred toppings and enjoy!

Eat cleaner
Train harder
Or Take more supplements

You need to heal your relationship with food, your body, exercise, and emotions.

The things that “used to work” don’t work anymore because your body can only take so much deregulation.

Clean diets often lead to unhealthy food patterns.
Hard workouts often feel like forced punishment.
Supplements can be a bandaid on a gaping wound.

Don’t let another year go by that feels like a war against your body.
