Staff Highlight ✨ Welcome our newest clinician, Aby!

Aby Torlan is a clinician at Wellspring who recently earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her internship at Wellspring throughout much of 2025 and brings prior experience from a residential addiction treatment setting, where she supported adults and facilitated outdoor wellness programming.

Aby is especially interested in helping clients reconnect with joy, curiosity, and a sense of grounding through nature-based and experiential approaches.

Wellspring’s mission of compassionate, relational care strongly aligns with her values, and she is grateful to be part of such a supportive clinical community.

Outside of work, Aby enjoys writing, art, photography, live music, hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and spending time with her children.

Family therapy plays a vital role in lasting healing. By strengthening communication, creating structure, and establishing healthy boundaries, families learn how to support one another in meaningful and sustainable ways.

When everyone is aligned and working toward shared goals, progress extends beyond treatment and into everyday life.

At Wellspring & Arch Bridge School, family therapy is an essential part of our relational approach — recognizing that when one person heals, the entire family system grows stronger together.

We had a lovely time attending the ERU and Grove School networking breakfast this morning. It was great to connect, share resources, and talk about the work we do in support of our community.

We loved coming together to celebrate the season at our Wellspring & Arch Bridge School holiday party yesterday evening.

It was a wonderful evening filled with great food, a fun raffle, and even better conversation—an opportunity to pause, connect, and enjoy time together as a community.

Moments like these remind us how special the people are who make Wellspring & Arch Bridge such a warm, supportive place year-round. ✨

Today in our admin holiday celebration, our team took a moment to come together and enjoy great food, lots of laughter, and some well-deserved time to connect outside of the day-to-day.

Such a wonderful evening connecting with so many of our trusted psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians, educational consultants, and referral partners. Wellspring was honored to co-host this holiday gathering with LiftWell Health and to come together with colleagues who share our commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.

Hearing reflections from our CEO, Peter Mumma, and our CMO, Dr. Jessica Zoltani, alongside LiftWell’s leadership, was a meaningful reminder of the impact we can make when we work in true partnership.

Conversations throughout the evening centered on best practices for supporting complex patients with academic, psychiatric, and behavioral health needs—and the importance of ensuring care in the least restrictive, most supportive environments.

Grateful for this community and for the shared mission that guides all of us in serving youth, young adults, and families.
