Cheers to you 🤘🏽
I have so much to reflect on my past couple days away from home. It taught me that I have not lost my spark. The fire in me is still there, I just prioritize my home and children far beyond the norm. I remembered that I matter and I must take care of me too. The woman I was a year ago is not who I am today. A year ago I was the "new girl." Scared to speak up, shy beyond you can imagine, unwell with the thought of leaving home. This year for my second conference, I ate that s**t up. Spoke when I needed, introduced myself to hire ups who make 5x my salary, bonded with team members, and overall was just so happy with the outcome of my trip.
It sparked a fire in me. I am so ready for what this year has in store for me but more so excited for where I go in my company. Watching individuals cross the stage for major wins was fuel 🤞🏽
Shout out to for being my damn person. Find a boss who wants the best for you, encourages you, vents when you need it most, and bi***es right with you. It's an all in one package deal. We're winning 👏🏽
