Like everything in life, taking time to revisit and amend is always necessary. Life is constantly evolving - as is my massage practice. With a lot of thought, I have amended my cancellation policy to include a 48 hour notice of cancellations specifically to Saturdays. Cancellations for Saturday appointments, with less than 48 Hours notice will incur a $25 fee which will be processed to your card on file, gift certificate linked to your account, or will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
Saturdays are the most sought after appointment day for most working clients, and the hardest to book-as they are currently booked out about one month in advance. If you can find a friend or family member to fill your spot, we will happily not charge this fee. Thank you for understanding.
