Good morning everyone. It’s been a minute since I have posted but I wanted to let you know I am offering a class on Sunday afternoon at 3, here on the farm. I plan to do sort of a Yin/Yang practice to restore and shake off a bit of the cold. Winter is still with us for a bit and this is a great time to bring in a little energy and gentle movement. I hope you can join me. Let me know if you can come and I will look for you!
