Beginning in 2026 I will be offering small group fitness classes!
Classes will include:
-Move With Confidence: Your Prenatal Fitness Beginning (best for all trimesters of pregnancy)
-Postpartum Fitness 101: Where to Begin (best for those immediately postpartum or reincorporating movement after a long break after giving birth)
-Fit for Life: Functional Strength Training (best for those w/ no contraindications and are generally healthy)
- Fitness Foundations: Start Strong, Start Simple (best for those newer to exercise or want a slower paced reintroduction to fitness)
For the entire month of January, I will be offering FREE group fitness classes to all, so we can fill the classes up! After that, each group fitness class is $15, for which you pay when you sign up to reserve your spot!
