For athletes, hip flexors drive speed and explosiveness — they help you sprint faster, move quicker, and produce more power.

For everyone else, they play a huge role in how your hips feel day to day.

If you’re always dealing with tight hamstrings, stiff hips, or feeling like your glutes do everything…
it might not be something you need to stretch more.

It might be something you need to strengthen.
