Compassion Counseling Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Maria Grzybek, LMHC to our team. Maria is a seasoned counselor who was trained at Benedictine University in 1996. She has worked in community mental health serving people ages 18-80 who have a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. Maria prefers to take a well-ness oriented approach with training and utilization of evidence-based therapies, trauma informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, client centered counseling and 12 step recovery.
