I try my best to deliver the best. This one rubbed me the wrong way.
If you put a deposit down which goes to cover the review of your case, x-rays, creation of: exercise, adjustment, traction, home rehab and evaluation schedule and I do the work (education costs, experience & time to produce) why should you get a refund? That is like getting your car washed and then wanting your money back.

The kicker is. I called them back and left a couple messages. They may not value my time but I do. I should have left her post up, it was more absurd than this.

Bad things happen to good people just like you and me and I would hope that someone would help us if we were in the same position.

Jess has made it to Rehaband is moving better every day! She is getting back to being herself but it's not an easy road.

I'm human and I know I can't make everyone happy. But, this review just sticks in my head. Everyone who comes to Elite knows we don't turn people away based on economic ability and you are the person who dictates how much time and energy you put in.
