The M.A.D. Therapy, PLLC extends an invitation to mental health professionals licensed in Iowa to explore if our Therapy Collective may be the answer to your private practice dreams. There are openings for exceptional therapists who desire the freedom of self-employment & the security of an established counseling practice with referral power & expert practice building support. The M.A.D. Therapy Collective is a purposeful & impactful alliance between The M.A.D. Therapy, PLLC & extraordinary licensed mental health professionals operating their own solo practices.
The M.A.D. Therapy, PLLC is looking for clinicians who are empathetic, warm, non-judgemental, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, multiculturally competent, & have a passion for helping others make a difference in their lives & relationships.
Clinicians must be able to build strong rapport, diagnose, evaluate, & develop effective treatment plans for a diverse group of clients with varying mental health concerns. Clinicians set their own work schedule and are able to work weekdays, weekends & evenings if desired. They are also able to meet with clients in-office, via telehealth, or a combination of both.

โ€‹The M.A.D. Therapy was founded in 2018 by two therapists, Alexandra and Morgan, wanting to Make A Difference by advocating for more mental health awareness and providing mental health services in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.

โ€‹The purpose of The M.A.D. Therapy is to continue sharing each therapist's passion and knowledge with people everywhere through therapy and our blog.
