Some people know me as Dr.Denain, but I got married in December of 2020 and I am now happy to be called Dr. Paul. In my practice, I use a technique called Directional Non Force Technique, or DNFT. It is very gentle and there is no cracking or popping. This technique is very suitable for people of all ages who prefer a more gentle approach to chiropractic. Being a Palmer graduate, I have also in my
tool box Palmer Package and use instruments when needed. Along with DNFT, I do myofascial release that I started using in 2016. some people call it Gua Sha or soft tissue mobilization but the goal is the same: breaking down myofascial adhesions from scarring and preventing muscles to contract and release properly. it works great in addition to adjusting as it helps muscles to relax and work properly. I am pediatric certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association or ICPA and pregnancy certified. I obtained my certification after 180 hours of extra training. In my practice, essential oils and percussive treatments for sore muscles are commonly used to make my patients feel relaxed. I am certified in nutrition therapy and use Standard Process primarily. I am certified in Hot and cold laser therapy, which are class IV and class II respectively. Both lasers offer therapeutic relief for different conditions, such as strain, sprain, chronic inflammation, concussion, pain relief, long Covid symptoms etc...
I also use custom made insoles using Foot Levelers. Call the office for a free scan of the feet to determine the integrity of your arches. This is especially important for people suffering from over pronated feet resulting in plantar fascitis, bunions, hammer toes and neuromas. I am looking forward to be part of your life as a Chiropractor and a coach. yours Truly,
Dr. Nathalie Paul
