Today is a bittersweet day at The Fountains as we say our goodbyes to Tatiana!

Nicknamed "Tater Tot" by one of our Residents, Tati has spent almost all of the 2020's as a member of our Fountains Community with the majority of her work being a CNA in both Assisted Living & Memory Care.

In 2023, Tatiana was awarded the Dial "Infusing Happiness" Award which goes to the Team Member who infuses happiness into every interaction as well as raise the bar on Dial Experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

As Tati continued to excel in her work life, her efforts were rewarded. In 2024, she graduated from the Dial Emerging Leaders Academy. Then in 2025, Tati was promoted to Nursing Scheduler.

Tatiana can best be described as a person with tremendous compassion and unlimited ability to care for those around her. Well respected by her peers and Residents, Tati will undoubtedly be missed here at The Fountains.

We wish Tatiana the best on her future endeavors, and we look forward to seeing her again!

Our Lifestyle Team is responsible for helping Residents thrive as they age; they bring energy into the community, create meaningful moments, and give the Residents something to look forward to.💗

They take the time to truly know our residents, their interests, routines, and life stories, and use that connection to plan activities that feel personal. Senior living wouldn't be the same without the creativity, compassion, and dedication they bring. 🦾
