This photo was taken WAY back when I was instructing prenatal yoga at The Group - Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C.
I started out in the back room where the staff had prenatal discussions. I would attend periodically to talk about the benefits of prenatal yoga and how many discomforts can be calmed with specific yoga poses & breathing.

Then as my clientele became larger, I instructed at the end of the day in the patient waiting area.

I loved being able to instruct at this beautiful facility. And then....the Revive at The Group Med Spa opened and I had an entire large space where I instructed.

I am so grateful and thankful that Dr. Anita Pinc & Dr. Lindsey Day called me to inquire about instructing at The Group. I will always remember those amazing times.

Prenatal Yoga is returning.

After years of holding space for breath, bodies, and becoming mothers, I’m so grateful to once again offer a designated prenatal yoga class—a place to slow down, soften, and truly connect.

This is a practice rooted in trust.
Trust in your body.
Trust in your breath.
Trust in the wisdom already within you and your baby.

If you are growing life, you are welcome here.
If you are seeking community, steadiness, and gentle strength, this space is for you.

I apologize for the AquaNatal mix up.

Here are the dates and the correct time.

Aquanatal is held at the YWCA in downtown Rock Island.
I ask that you pay me directly as this class is a "pay what you can" class.

September ~ 23 & 30 ..........5:00-5:45 pm
October ~ 7, 14, 21, 28 .........5:00 - 5:45 pm
