Privacy: an undisturbed birth is how we were meant to birth. That could be alone, with your partner, or with a birth worker present but allowing you space with minimal disruptions

Preparation: preparing your body & your mind throughout pregnancy for the birth you desire

Protection: protect your space, keep your birth space safe by encouraging you and being there for you

Presence: be present in the moment, breath deep & slow and let it go

Power: be in control, create your own empowerment, you can do hard things

Patience: birth can be slow but beautiful, trust your body and relax into it

Positivity: keeping a positive mindset and having positive people around you makes all the difference
