A surgical quote sheet is a contract that you sign and understand fully before you sign before is valid.
So you need to read it very carefully.
It should spell out the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesiologist fee and the operating room fee. Also you should know the cost of the overnight stay which varies from place to place. Don’t accept an all included fee , it is a way to gauge you!
Also be careful and read the paragraph about deposit fee and complete surgical fee which is usually due two weeks before surgical date.
Remember this is a contract that you sign and it is a legal document so you should read it carefully.
As a foot note, I would be weary of plastic surgeons that ask exorbitant fees to start and then they negotiate lower fees as they go. It is not professional! My surgical fees are the same all around the world vs. The hospital and anesthesiologist fees which may vary in different countries but they are usually in a close range!
