Botox is not just a "muscle-freezer," it's a teacher to your muscles.

Many of our deepest wrinkles are caused by unconscious habits: squinting at a screen, furrowing your brow when you’re stressed, or "expressive" forehead lifting. Botox temporarily "silences" the nerve signal, which forces those muscles to take a mandatory break.

When the muscle is quieted for 3–4 months, your brain actually "forgets" the habit of making that specific expression. Actually, many people find that as the Botox wears off, they don't immediately go back to furrowing their brow as intensely.
