When discussing his procedure, we decided on a modest approach to simply remove the excess eyelid without changing his overall “look”. At the time of these photos, this patient was six months post-op from her procedures. During her consultation, she wanted to address the general “downturned” appearance that was beginning as a natural sign of aging. She especially wanted to acknowledge the “jowls” that were present on her jawline. Now, six months later, her appearance is generally more uplifted and she looks just like herself. When discussing this patient's goals, she discussed wanting her eyebrows to "look more even". Eyebrows are one of the most common places we show asymmetry. During her consultation, we discussed her history and facial anatomy and decided we would raise her right anatomical eyebrow with a lateral brow lift to match where her left anatomical eyebrow sits. This is a minimally invasive procedure that we performed in the operating room. It has a short downtime, and about two weeks later, her results are amazing. We're excited for her and appreciative that she chose Davis Facial Plastics!

This transformation comes from a lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer. By addressing under-eye hollowing, this procedure helps create a smoother, more youthful appearance, without looking overdone. At the time of these videos, he's only about a week out, so he's still very swollen. As he continues on his healing journey, we'll see that swelling dissipate and his results shine through.
