This patient is just 1 week post-op and already feeling amazing🤩 She had a petite BMI of 23 is 5’4 and weighed 141. She got 360 Lipo + a BBL and originally had an “A” shaped buttock. She also had a very narrow rib cage to begin with, which was accentuated with 360 Lipo to give her that beautiful hourglass figure. It’s still summertime here is CA! ☀️This patient is a little over a year post-op and killing it!! She is a mom in her 40’s and had a BMI of 24. She got 360 Lipo + a BBL to give herself a beautiful hourglass shape⌛️ comment on expansion: volume expansion of the buttock is based on tissue compliance. Tissue compliance means how much the skin will stretch. There are intrinsic factors that effect compliance such as the number of pregnancies, weight loss history, quality of skin age, etc. Some patients will have more expansion than others. This particular patient had very good expansion of her buttock, and therefore had a larger volume augmentation. The amount of expansion and the amount of retention is not 100% predictable and all patients who undergo surgery need understand and are educated regarding this. It is impossible to promise this type of expansion for every patient and I advise patients to make it their priority understand process - how suregry works. The more patients understand the process, the more accepting and understanding they are of outcomes. Dr. Rahal
