Okay, you guys, this is my daily routine—about 5 out of 7 days.

I use both my mask and my laser.

But I didn’t start using both right away; I built up to it.

Especially with the LYMA… it’s not one of those “use it once and see magic” things.
You actually need to stay consistent for about 12 minutes a day, for at least a month before you start seeing results.

I think that’s the part people don’t want to hear 😅

Honestly… I believe it’s the combination of my two masks plus proper nutrition.
