There are two main options when performing chin augmentation surgery. In the first option, the incision can be inside the mouth under the bottom lip. This way leaves no visible scars. The other option is done via an incision under the chin. It is a very small incision that heals well. Depending on the size and placement of the implant, either method can be used effectively and discreetly.

This patient had bilateral upper blepharoplasties and also from the same upper eyelid incision she had bilateral upper eyelid ptosis repair with levator muscle advancement and tightening. This is the muscle that elevates the upper eyelids.

The lower eyelids were tightened by internal repair and tightening of the orbicularis muscle similar to a canthopexy. Internal tightening means that the face an eyelid skin was lifted during a facelift procedure so there are no lower eyelid scars or canthopexy scars.

This lady had a facelift and necklift at the same time. Although she was young at 39 she had some bad genetics that made her look older. Furthermore she wanted to be pro-active and help prevent additional signs of aging. The main things that bothered her were her lack of definition of her neck, the presence of jowls and the presence of prominent nasolabial folds. She wanted a very natural and refreshed look. The results that you see are 4 moths after her facelift surgery. On the sideview a skin fold is visible but that settles down as more time passes.
