For my Facebook followers, here's a bit about a new class I'll be offering. You may recall me featuring my work with equines. After observing the repeated responses and results of my tuning forks work with her horse; my client asked if she could learn for herself, and in turn she could meet her horse in a way that supported trust, ease, and cooperation. That request resulted with me creating an instructional tuning forks self-care class.
Note: This is a non-certification instructional class.

My focus is to offer this class in small groups, as well as developing it for online accessibility. Session one covers the basics and two as a follow-up for deepening and integration. If you are interested in taking your self-care into your own hands and to the next level, reach out to me. More details to come.
