New World record! Lol. No. But, I a NEW Arash record from 21 days last year.

Funny enough, yesterday, day 21 was the HUGEST cleansing of any day! There is no way on God’s green earth I would’ve thought that the human intestines could hold so MUCH. Utterly astounded!

Top shelf: beat, celery, radish, one apple, touch of lemon, and a bit of ginger; apple juice. Second shelf, left to right: same beat mixture, grape, half gallon watermelon.

How many days will this fruit last…?

Watermelon: extremely hydrating, happy, and cleansing for the skin; salt and cayenne will antidote the bloat.

Grapes are beautiful, powerfully astringent, cleansing, and deeply nourishing to the tissues.

Grapefruit is just fabulous!

Apples are amazing antioxidants, soft and fat and gallstones, nourish deeply, and help you breathe.

Carrots are powerful liver, cleansers, pe*****te, toxicity, and moves the colon, probably only second to beets.
