Elizabeth is 63-years-old going on 20!

“My recovery has been insanely smooth and I am extremely happy!”

This 44-year-old patient is only 1-month post-op from a gliding jowl/marionette lift. She also had a deep plane facelift and neck lift with a submandibular gland preservation.

The gliding jowl/marionette lift, oftentimes performed in conjunction with a central lip lift, elevates and repositions the subcutaneous tissue of the cheek area, utilizing hemostatic net fixation to soften the marionette lines and improve heaviness around the mouth. It also repositions the jowl as well.

This 55-year-old facial rejuvenation patient is now four months post-op! We last saw her for her 1-month post-op & we’re both so happy with how she’s progressed with each step of her transformational journey.

Now that we’ve explored what the hemostatic net is, I want to dive into a breakthrough suture I co-developed with Dr. Auersvald. The Auersvald-Nassif Hemostatic Net Suture is designed to maximize the benefits of the hemostatic net by using a long, very thin needle.

The thinner the needle, the better. This will allow for less risk of scarring, track marks, hyperpigmentation or injury to any of the tissue below!

The long length of the needle allows us to capture all the layers of the face for effective hemostasis (body’s process to stop bleeding).

This can be used for a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as a lip and brow lift.

Here is an update on my 59-year-old patient who is now ONLY 1.5 months post-op from her facial rejuvenation!

She’s progressed beautifully and is loving her results! As you can see the hemostatic net has been removed, leaving absolutely no scars, and the bruising and swelling have considerably improved. The incisions, which were noticeable after only one day, are already barely visible and will be virtually invisible in the coming months.
