Closing the space is key to preventing complications 🧵⚠️

After removing the implant, I close the pocket on the sides to eliminate dead space and avoid fluid buildup. This also helps protect the nerve and restore the p*nis to a more normal structure.

Some implants are more likely to fail by design ⚠️🧠

Thin skin and constant movement make certain p*nis implants less stable over time.

Implants are often modified before placement 🔧📏

This device has a mesh surface so it can be sutured in place. It was cut and shaped to fit the patient’s p*nis, which is something many people don’t realize.

Recovery doesn’t stop at discharge 📲🩺

This patient goes home tomorrow, but I’ll see him virtually next week. Close follow-up during the first few months is key for a safe and successful recovery.

Scarred tissue from previous 🍆 procedures is difficult to treat 🔬✂️

Fixing these problems requires carefully removing abnormal tissue while preserving the blood supply to the skin. That is what helps the p*nis heal properly and maintain a more natural appearance.

This kind of reconstruction is why plastic surgery training matters in complex cases.

Silicone fillers can distort the natural skin envelope 🔍🍆

In some patients, these injections stretch the skin around the p*nis. I correct that by removing the excess tissue and carefully contouring the area to restore a more normal appearance.

Adding girth with fillers may seem easy but it often leads to problems later ⚠️🍆

Fillers can create uneven results and long term complications. Instead, I use a dermal graft that is wrapped around the p*nis and sutured in place.

Because it is biological tissue, it becomes incorporated into the body and creates natural, uniform thickness. That is why dermal grafts are the most natural way to add girth.

Bigger isn’t always better ⚠️🍑

A subcutaneous p*nis implant can increase girth but sacrifices movement and comfort. This patient experienced chronic pain, so I’m performing a removal today. If you’re a man who’s trying to enhance your p*nis, we can help you through more effective procedures. And if you’ve gotten an implant or silicone fillers and are experiencing complications, we can help you through revision surgery!

Implants designed only to make the p*nis bigger can create real problems ⚠️😣

This patient has had pain since the device was placed, so today I am removing it and repairing the structure of the p*nis.

Recovery doesn’t stop after surgery 👀📅

I stay closely involved with my patients for several days after their procedure, seeing them daily to monitor progress and teach proper aftercare. That hands-on approach helps prevent problems and improves results.

Surgical tools can be adapted from other procedures 🔬🛠️

One instrument I use in these cases comes from rhinoplasty. It helps separate very tight tissue planes, allowing me to carefully divide stiff material from the softer native tissue in the p*nis.

Reconstruction is about restoring what should be normal 🧬🍆

When I remove silicone nodules and scarred tissue, the goal is to restore the p*nis to a smoother contour and a more natural appearance so the patient can feel normal again.
