𝗘𝘆𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 — 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄.Fat transfer to the eyelids can be a powerful tool to restore lost volume and improve contour after blepharoplasty. But like any procedure, it comes with risks. Here’s what matters most:
1 Fat survival is unpredictable — not all transferred fat stays.
2 Results depend on technique — experience and precision matter.
3 Multiple steps — harvest, process, inject. Every step must be done right.
4 Recipient site health matters — poor circulation = poor results.
5 Lumps and bumps can happen — rare, but real.
This patient experienced post-surgical lumps after eyelid fat grafting. She’s sharing her story so others know what’s possible — even with the best intentions.
⚠️ Bottom line: Be informed. Choose your surgeon wisely.Have thoughts or questions? Drop them below. That’s a wrap.

Fixing lower eyelid retraction after blepharoplasty is hard. This woman lives far away and sent me her own pre and post pics. She has pulled done lids after lower blepharoplasty (lower lid retraction). We fixed it with a midface lift, canthoplasty, palate graft and some other tricks. Scroll to see before, after & combined pics. They are her pics cropped per her instructions - that’s why color is off. What do you think on. Comment below. That’s a wrap

Let’s clear this up 👇🏼 Here are 4 common misconceptions we see in aesthetic medicine:
1️⃣ I want to have all lines frozen after Botox. That is silly. Botox isn’t meant to freeze your face — it softens movement and smooths fine lines while keeping your expressions natural. Completely freezing expressions does not happen in nature - why create it??
2️⃣ I want no hollows and no asymmetry after surgery or filler. Everyone has natural hollows & asymmetries — and that’s what makes us human. Thinking or expecting surgery or filler to completely remove this is not realistic and unnatural.
3️⃣ I want all my lower lid wrinkles gone after Botox or surgery. Again - wrong!! Smiling causes lower eye wrinkles at all ages — and that’s normal! Thinking surgery or any other intervention will eliminate this is misguided. The goal is better and natural.
4️⃣ The goal of any procedure isn’t perfection—it’s balance, harmony, and confidence.
Realistic expectations = better results. Have a great day. Comment below. That’s a wrap!!

Hey all, this is the video presentation of yesterday’s post in her own words. I love patient’s true words. They really sum it up. This is Jacqueline, her words, her feelings. She had had hereditary hollowing and heaviness around the eyes—something she always noticed but didn’t know could be improved this way.
performed:
• Brow Re-Contour (My version of a natural brow lift)
• Upper & Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty
• Fat Grafting with Repositioning

Her 2-month results speak for themselves.
Natural. Balanced. No signs of surgery. Let me know your thoughts. Have a good weekend & that’s a wrap.

How cool is this? This wonderful woman underwent a brow re-contour (my approach to a natural brow lift), upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, with fat grafting with repositioning.⁣

The goal: to restore volume, symmetry, and soft contours while maintaining a natural, unoperated appearance.⁣

These are updated results from an earlier post.⁣

This is the kind of outcome that makes my work so rewarding. It is subtle, artistic, and life-enhancing.⁣

Thoughts or questions let’s hear it,
Have a good day.
