Breast augmentation isn’t always about going bigger, it’s about making them better. And this is the perfect example.

This patient came in with a clear vision. Together, we focused on improving ni**le position, enhancing upper pole fullness, and creating more cleavage, all while respecting the base width of her breast.

I used a state-of-the-art mapping system to precisely measure her anatomy and determine the ideal implant for her body. This wasn’t a one-size-fits-all “cookie cutter” approach. I used real equations and precise planning to find her perfect fit.

We placed the implants through a small, hidden incision (about 2 cm wide) strategically placed just lateral to the ni**les. From the front, you can’t see a thing. And if someone ever does see it, it looks like a simple mole removal.

These implants were placed using my breast preservation approach, which I’ve been performing since 2020. The result you see here is 5 years out. No visible scarring. No signs of surgery. Just a soft, natural, beautifully shaped breast.

With Motiva implants and a tailored surgical plan, we’re not just making breasts bigger, we’re making them better: perkier, more proportional, and more harmonious.

If you want to learn more about breast preservation and the most advanced techniques in breast surgery, give us a call.

Thank you to for featuring my insights in their latest piece on red flags to watch out for when choosing a plastic surgeon.🙌🏼

Patient education is one of the most important parts of what I do, and I’m always grateful for the opportunity to help people make informed, confident decisions about their care.

These conversations matter, especially in an industry where safety, training, and ethics should always come first.

I don’t just operate, I educate.

Staying on the cutting edge of regenerative therapies is essential, not only for my patients but for the surgical community as a whole.

SDARTS is one of the leading meetings in the world on the regenerative use of fat and stem cells to improve outcomes, and I’m honored to be part of it again this year.

Over the next few days, I’ll be moderating round tables, sharing best practices, and leading hands-on training sessions with some of the most talented surgeons in the field.

These opportunities to teach and learn are what allow us to continually refine and elevate the results we deliver in surgery.

Exosomes represent the single largest leap in aesthetic innovation for skincare in the last 15 to 20 years.

Grateful to be featured in discussing one of the most exciting developments in regenerative aesthetics.

In our practice, we use 🧬platelet-derived exosomes that help improve tone, texture, and long-term skin health.

Nobody wants their plastic surgery to be obvious.

I believe the best plastic surgery is the kind that looks effortless—like you just look great, not “done.” And this patient is the perfect example. In her after photo, the result is so natural, it’s hard to even tell she had a facelift.

But when you look at her before photo—wow.

We removed a significant amount of heaviness from her face and beautifully refined her jawline.

We also lifted and opened up her eyes, creating better harmony in the upper face.

She looks refreshed, balanced, and like the best version of herself.

Can’t wait to see her back soon!

Most people think they need an upper bleph, but often, it’s actually the brows.

Thank you for featuring my take on why the right diagnosis makes all the difference.

The single most common procedure I perform alongside a facelift? Brachioplasty.

It’s not something people talk about often, but many facelift patients also have loose skin on their upper arms — and a brachioplasty can make a huge difference. This surgery removes excess skin, tightens the arms, and helps patients feel more confident in T-shirts, tank tops, and spaghetti straps.

The biggest question I hear: “Will the scars be bad?”

That concern is valid, no one wants visible scarring that keeps them from showing off their results.
But take a look. Can you see the scars?

Scars form when there’s tension. I use advanced suturing techniques to take that tension off, everting the edges to reduce scar visibility. I also place the incision in a position that’s hidden in most natural arm movements.

In my practice, I apply the same level of precision and technique to brachioplasty as I do with facelifts — because every detail matters.

Exosome serums are gaining traction—but they’re not for everyone.

I shared with Elle on why it’s important to talk to your doctor, especially if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, experiencing new onset hair loss, or managing a medical condition.

Thank you for including me in the conversation.

This neck is one of the best I’ve ever done—and the patient behind it is even more special.

She came to me with significant laxity and thinning skin, which made this a very challenging case. In fact, thin patients with loose skin are often the hardest to treat—there’s no “weight” to work with, and no room for error.

But I went all in: treated the glands, refined the muscles, addressed every compartment in the neck, and executed my full crevasse technique.

At one month, she looked great. At three months, even better. And she’s only continuing to improve.

What I love most is how invested she is in her result. At a recent visit, she mentioned a small band that bothered her—despite a 99% perfect outcome. So we’re going to fine-tune it. Because great surgery isn’t about stopping at “good enough”—it’s about always pushing for better.

Even when I’m looking at one of the top three necks I’ve ever done, I’m thinking: how can we make it even better? That’s the mindset that drives my practice every day.

With this patient, we erased the most noticeable signs of aging — from jawline laxity and volume loss in the cheek to heaviness in the neck.

Now, you can see the improved balance in her profile: a beautifully defined jawline, a smoother neckline, and a naturally lifted brow that opens the eyes without looking overdone.

This is exactly why we call it the RESET Lift.

It’s not about changing how you look — it’s about putting your anatomy back where it used to be, about 10 to 15 years ago. The transformation is powerful, but subtle. She still looks like herself — just refreshed and refined.

If you want to take years off your face without ever looking tight, pulled, or overdone, let’s talk about what a RESET Lift can do for you.
