Dr. Ben Talei works with a group of dedicated specialists trained to treat patients with Vascular & Congenital Anomalies. There is a true scarcity of physicians able to adequately diagnose and treat these patients both in the United States as well as the rest of the world. Dr. Talei is one of few surgeons in the country to have pursued two fellowships following the completion of his training at Columbia and Cornell Universities as well as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in order to provide the most specialized and focused care possible. In addition to surgical interventions, non-invasive medical and laser treatments are used to achieve the most significant outcomes possible. World, you’re welcome! I’ve designed the greatest deep neck retractor ever made. It’s been a game changer for me when doing any subplatysmal work and is starting production. This is the Deep Neck BENETRATOR 2. They also have the Cruel Mohel microdissection scissors, which I didn’t design but gave a better nick name to. The BENETRATOR will soon come in a XL version as well as a Mini Benetrator.

This lovely patient wanted to refresh her lips by increasing her red lip show, decreasing her upper lip length, and improving her smile.

You can see she now has fuller lips, improved shape and symmetry, a beautiful cupid’s bow, and her smile has improved (with more tooth show). These results were achieved with the deep plane upper lip lift and corner lip lift using the algorithm.

Her incisions are healing beautifully at this stage. After the photos were taken, she received the routine laser treatment over the incisions to accelerate healing (we perform this on all Cupid Lift patients at 6 weeks and 3 months)

She is loving her natural, balanced results! She notes “I love them; honestly, it is exactly what I wanted! My lips look so good! I really am so happy with everything, the process was so well organized. My lips are perfect!”.
