Trial You don’t notice neck aging overnight.

It happens in small moments repeated hundreds of times a day, looking down at your phone, leaning toward your laptop, forgetting that your neck needs attention too.
Here’s what we tell our patients:

1. Bring your screen up to eye level
Your neck was not designed to spend hours folded forward. Looking down all day can create tension and deepen horizontal neck lines over time.

→ Raise your monitor or laptop
→ Hold your phone higher
→ Keep your ears aligned over your shoulders
Small posture changes done daily make a bigger difference than most people realize.

2. Extend your skincare to your neck and chest
Your face should not be getting VIP treatment while your neck gets forgotten. The skin here is thinner and often one of the first places to show age.

→ Bring your SPF down to your chest every morning
→ Extend your serums and moisturizer downward
→ Add retinol gradually if it’s appropriate for your skin

3. Move every hour

Sitting in one position for hours creates tension patterns your body remembers.
→ Set an hourly reminder
→ Roll your shoulders back
→ Stretch your chest and gently tuck your chin
Your posture today becomes your posture tomorrow.

Your face isn’t always the first thing showing your age.

Sometimes your neck has been trying to tell the story first 🤍

🩺 Septoplasty requires more than general surgical skill.

A deviated septum can affect breathing, sleep quality, sinus health, and overall nasal function. Because the nose plays both structural and functional roles, septoplasty demands specialized facial plastic surgery expertise.

Precision matters when both breathing and facial balance are involved.

We spend so much time looking for symptoms that we miss the quiet signs everything is functioning exactly as it should.

As a surgeon, circulation tells me a lot about your overall health. Some of the best indicators are surprisingly simple.

The “Vascular Victory” Checklist, how many do you have?

1- Healthy (yes, hairy) toes: Hair growth requires strong oxygenated blood flow. Smooth, shiny toes can sometimes signal reduced circulation.

2-Visible veins during workouts: That’s vasodilation, your vessels expanding properly to regulate temperature and flow.

3-Pink nail beds: Press and release. If color returns in under 2 seconds, your capillary refill is strong.

4-Pale yellow urine: Proper hydration keeps blood viscosity lower and circulation smoother.

5-No deep sock marks: Minimal indentation means your veins are effectively pushing blood back up (no significant edema).

6-Warm hands and feet: Blood is reaching your extremities efficiently.

7-Cuts heal quickly: Your blood is delivering platelets and nutrients right on time.

8-No dizziness when standing: Your body is adjusting blood pressure against gravity like it should.
Resting heart rate under 75: An efficient heart doesn’t need to overwork.

9-You can walk without calf pain: No cramping (claudication) is one of the clearest signs of healthy arteries.

10-What’s your score out of 10?

Be honest… who has the “perfect 10” (and the hairy toes)? 👀

Curious about a lip flip? 💉👄

Unlike fillers, a lip flip uses a small amount of Botox above the lip line to relax the muscles, so your upper lip gently curls outward. The result? More of your natural pink lip shows—giving the appearance of fuller, softer lips ✨

It’s a quick, non-surgical option for those who want a subtle enhancement or to reduce a gummy smile.

Would you try it?
