Save this for your next workout 🍑👇

Place one or two of these either in the beginning or end of a glute focused workout:

Beginning → for glute activation & mind-muscle connection. Helps “wake up” your glutes before heavier lifts like hip thrusts, RDLs, or squats.
End → for a burnout/finisher to fully fatigue the glutes and get extra volume without stressing your joints.
