I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have been in private practice since 1991 in the Beverly Hills area. I have worked with both adults, young adults, teens and children struggling with a diversity of issues. I believe each individual coming to therapy is unique in his or her strengths, needs and abilities and I help my clients find their strengths and abilities by empowering them and supporting them to get through difficult times in their life. I have a more holistic approach and , utilize Eastern base Mindfulness practices, meditation, as well as cognitive behavioral interventions in my practice. I am very passionate about my work and have a very empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful approach in working with my clients. I am devoted to helping my clients feel confident and powerful in order to achieve their goals and increase their ability to lead a more peaceful, compassionate, fulfilled and happy lives.
