At the CENTER for Advanced Parathyroid Surgery, we are dedicated to helping our patients get carefully planned rapid relief from the effects of hyperparathyroidism. A truly minimally invasive parathyroidectomy with Dr. Larian considers all the possibilities of parathyroid disease (double adenomas or hyperplasia), and utilizes all the techniques available to completely cure the patient (including intra-operative PTH testing, radio guidance, and potentially comprehensive neck exploration or 4 gland exploration, when necessary). The true advantage of Dr. Larian’s minimally invasive parathyroidectomy with individualized 4 gland assessment is that each patient receives the care that is appropriate for them. No two patients are alike and all deserve to be treated on a personalized basis.
