I'm living the best of both worlds as an SLP! In the hospital setting, I work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help patients with speech and language disorders. 🚑💉👨‍⚕️💬

Working on the frontline of healthcare is both rewarding and fulfilling! But running a private practice has also been a dream come true! 🤩🏠💼💸

Being an entrepreneur has allowed me to have more control over my schedule, my clients, and my professional development. I'm able to tailor my services to the specific needs of my clients, and create a business that reflects my own values and priorities. 💪🎯💬👩‍💼

Of course, managing a private practice comes with its own set of challenges! 🤔💼🤝 But they have been a source of growth and learning, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to take them on.

All in all, being both a hospital SLP and a private practice SLP is the perfect balance! It's a fulfilling career that allows me to make a real difference in the lives of my clients! 🙌🏥💬💻👩‍💼👥🌟

👶🦷 Teething time can be tough for our little ones! 😩 But as a Speech Language Pathologist, I'm here to help with some advice.

First, try using a chilled teething ring or a wet washcloth for them to chew on.

🧊💦 You can also offer them soft, cold foods like yogurt or pureed fruits to soothe their gums.

🍓🥣 Remember, every baby is different, so don't be afraid to experiment with different techniques to find what works best for your little one. 🤓

👩‍⚕️ A lot of my kiddo patients have benefitted from tethers like this in their early developing stages of feeding.

👶🏼 Especially when your kiddo makes the transition from liquids to solids having this teether will keep them ahead. Try to look for it the next time your at the store!
