Dr. Heather Valinsky is a lifesaver. She is currently treating my son for torticollis. We started seeing Dr. Heather when he was 8 months. He’s almost 10 months now. As a newborn, I noticed a tilt in his neck and mentioned it to his pediatrician at the time and she brushed me off. I’m glad I trusted my gut and sort to find a chiropractor who treats babies. I found Dr. Heather and fortunately my son’s neck has improved dramatically. He only has a few more sessions left and he will be free from torticollis thanks to Dr. Heather. We are so thankful to have found her. She’s brilliant at what she does and is so personable. My son adores her. I really believe that every parent should consider bringing their newborn in to see her for an assessment immediately after post birth discharge. Birth is a traumatic process and so many things can go wrong. Spinal misalignment can easily be missed. The earlier these things are noticed the better it is for the child because it’s easier to correct when they are still babies. Thank you Dr. Heather for all you do

I am most grateful for the treatment I received from Dr. Heather Valinsky at the end of my pregnancy and during my birth. At 38 weeks pregnant I had a broken foot and had been using a knee scooter for a few months which thru my sacrum and pelvis out of alignment. After one home visit I felt better than I had in months and knew this was vital for the preparation of my planned home birth. One short week later I went into labor and 16 hrs in my doula suggested we call Dr. Valinsky to see if she could come to give me treatment. I had major pressure in my lower back, pelvis and sacrum. Nothing I did brought relief. Thankfully Heather was able to come on such short notice. She worked on me in-between & during contractions to even out my hips and make sure adjustments she was making were holding. A short while after she left my water broke and I gave birth to a heathy baby! The work she did was the breakthrough my body needed to take labor to the next stage. Heather is not only a true professional and wonderful human being, her abilities and intuition compliment each other to achieve unquestionable results which is a rarity.

I had been struggling with my then, what I thought very collicy 8 week old. I was on day 3 of no sleep. I knew something was wrong in my gut but couldn’t pin point exactly what the problem was. I’m a first time Mom and was terrified that this was just how it was going to be. A friend of mine introduced me to Dr. Heather. I called her office and was immediately called back by Dr. I asked a ton of questions regarding sleep, collic, reflux. She answered my 100 questions and I knew I had to take my son to see her. Only problem was we lived 45 min away and taking him in the car after the sleepless nights seemed like it would be miserable. Through my tears she agreed no problem to come see him that night. I was in shock. I immediately saw a difference in his range of motion and even our pediatrician noticed he wasn’t as tight and more relaxed. By our second session he was a much happier baby. We switched formula and got diagnosed with reflux. He now sleeps so much better! I truly believe Dr. Heather is a healer. I’ve seen many chiropractors in my life. Dr. Valinsky is a lifesaver! I had the most excruciating pain from my SI joint where I’d cry nonstop while 18 weeks pregnant. I purchased a bundle pack of sessions and only after the first 3, I felt like a normal person, again. By the end, I was completely me, again. I wouldn’t trust my pregnant body with anybody else except her. She truly is magic and a specialist at what she does. She will be my go to for all future chiro issues. Thank you, doctor, for healing me and being such a sweet person, too.

Dr. Heather was such a lifesaver during my last pregnancy. I began to have terrible SI joint pain at about 27 weeks. I could barely walk and Was in constant pain. Being super pregnant is no cake walk and to have debilitating pain on top of that was miserable. She came to my house, if i had to drive in LA traffic I probably wouldn’t have done it. So that alone was amazing. within a few visits I was feeling significantly better. By the time I gave birth at 39 weeks I had no SI joint pain. Dr Heather Valinsky is truly amazing! For 2 months I have been suffering with incredibly painful trigger point in my jaw. My primary doctor wanted to try steroid injections and couldn’t “squeeze me in” for a month. I found Dr Heather after a coworker suggested I try a chiropractor. I only wish I found her sooner. She saw me the day after I called for an appointment and I left feeling relief for the first time in 2 months. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel like just a number. I am so grateful and honestly can’t recommend her enough!

I started seeing Dr. Valinsky during my second trimester due to back pain and a bit of sciatic nerve pain. I was relieved to see results after a few sessions and realized I should probably have made an appt sooner! I continued sessions until a few weeks before delivering my baby to work out the last bit of discomfort. I am so happy to have had such a great experience. I plan to go back after recovery and even take baby along with me! Thank you for everything!

Heather is amazing! Our infant daughter had colic for the first several months of her life. We were desperate to help her, and a family member suggested we find someone who specializes in infant chiropractic care. I was nervous since this was all new to me but the moment I spoke with Heather, I knew were in good hands. She put me at ease and patiently explained everything. She even adjusted her weekend schedule so she could fit us in last minute. She was so friendly and kind - my baby warmed up to her very quickly! We noticed huge improvements with our daughter after only a few visits, and my husband started scheduling his own visits with her. Our family would highly recommend Heather!

I am currently expecting and was told my baby was in breech position and that I would need external cephalic version. I started to look for a chiropractor and took my time when I finally game across Nurture Chiropractic. Dr. Heather is absolutely amazing. I saw her for several appointments and my baby turned head down on his own so I didn't even need to procedure and it also improved pain and walking significantly. I have had chiropractic work in the past and I would recommend Dr. Heather for anyone needing the help or pregnant mom. It was 100% worth it. It's been hard finding someone that is not only aware of their job but very personable. I even recommended her to my OB. Thank you Dr. Heather!!!
