And so it’s time to turn the lights out on 2023. I think for many of us it’s been a year full of happiness and sometimes hurt, of dreams fulfilled and some broken, and also one of love lost, but also found. Looking forward to a new year and a fresh start while praying for healing, health and continued blessings for all in 2024. 🙏

Why does she look younger? 🤔

For any aesthetic procedure, the objective should be to create better balance and improve harmony. My beautiful patient felt weighed down by a previously placed silicone implant in her nose, which over the years had thinned her skin and created a masculine, L-shape to her profile. And while the implant gave her nose height, it didn’t correctly address the width and late of her nostrils, nor did it give her nose attractive dorsal aesthetic lines. I corrected that with her own tissue (rib cartilage and fascia) to create a more cohesive and prettier shape to her nose, while shortening the length of her upper lip.

At the same time, i repositioned the lower eyelid fat to her tear troughs to eliminate the appearance of her undereye bags.

She’s 11 months out from surgery, and I’m so pleased to see her healing beautifully! 🦄

A few days before our wedding and I had a photoshoot. I was so excited to have my hair and makeup professionally done, and to wear some flashy designers tuxes. I was ready to take center stage. 📸
Fast forward seven and a half years of wedded bliss and countless photoshoots later, I have finally come to accept my role as an accessory. My words of wisdom to all the newlywed and soon-to-be husbands out there: embrace sharing the spotlight with your better half. 😁🫰🏼
