Today is a day of peaceful protest across the country. I deeply respect those who are choosing to close their businesses and take to the streets. As a healthcare provider, I also have a responsibility to remain open for my patients who rely on care, continuity, and support, especially in uncertain times. Holding space, providing healing, and caring for my community is how I am showing up today.

Guys, I was eliminated in quarterfinals of Fab Over 40. That's okay though. To start in a field of 240,000+ women, make it through five rounds of voting, and be counted among the final 1,000 was quite an experience. I had a contestant dashboard so I saw every vote as it came in. I read every word of encouragement and counted every donation to National Breast Cancer Foundation. I'm grateful. NBCF is grateful. Happy Friday and have a great weekend.
