This case wasn’t just about cosmetics — it was about rebuilding health, function, and confidence from the ground up.

Our patient came in with severely worn, broken, and decayed teeth… and a reverse smile line that aged his entire face.

With a strategic combination of implants and custom crowns, we were able to:
• restore a healthy, stable bite
• rebuild structure and function
