This 59-year-old facial rejuvenation patient of mine is only three months post-op! This 46-year-old female patient came to me after she wasn’t happy with her last rhinoplasty done by another surgeon.

Her main goal was to have us correct the crookedness of her dorsal bridge, which we were able to accomplish. We also corrected her deviated septum as well, which has improved her breathing!

📝 Note: She’s only three months post-op here, so she still had some significant swelling, but overall, I’m happy with these results!

Meet my patient, Roberta! She came to me from Texas with the goals of making her nose smaller and cuter, while not having it look overdone or having the tip lifted up too much. I performed a dorsal preservation surgery where we don’t elevate the skin of the nose, but push the nose down to remove her dorsal hump. Then I performed my signature Celestial Rhinoplasty™ to elevate the tip. Finally, I did alar base reductions to the nostrils to bring them in slightly. This patient is only two months post-op from her lip lift!

Her results will continue to improve over time, but the patient and I are very happy with the results so far!

Today is my brother Chris’s 65th birthday. I can’t believe it’s been over two years since his sudden passing. There isn’t a day that goes by where we don’t think of you, Chris. I hope you’re having a big party in heaven today. I love you, brother.

This primary rhinoplasty patient’s results are from directly after her surgery!

She has thick skin, so we didn’t want to go too small. We did build up the radix while decreasing the size of her hump & rotating her nasal tip upwards.

This patient’s nose looks incredibly natural and not overdone, which is always my goal for my patients. Her results will continue to improve with time!

Note: The radix is the upper bony part of the nose and the narrowest point at which the nose begins.
