As we begin a new year, we love taking a moment to reflect on progress like this.

At 2 months post-op, her face is already softening into a more harmonious balance. The brow and forehead appear smoother and more open, the midface contour is settling gently, and her profile shows thoughtful refinement while still looking natural and true to her.

Healing is still in progress, and changes will continue to unfold over the coming months, but even at this stage the care, planning, and intention behind her treatment are clearly visible.

Procedures included forehead and brow contouring, rhinoplasty, cheek and chin contouring, lip refinement, tracheal shave, and supportive soft tissue work.

Every patient’s results are unique. This new year marks another step forward in her journey.

As we reach the end of the year and move fully into the next, we are taking a moment to reflect on the kind of progress that happens over time.

These images show Molly’s journey from pre-op to 3 months, 9 months, and now 1 year post-op following facial feminization surgery. At this stage, healing has matured, contours have softened, and the face has settled into a natural, balanced result that feels true to the patient.

Catalina is now 6 months post-op, and the change in her overall expression is easy to see. She looks more relaxed, more open, and more like the person she’s been trying to show the world for a long time.

Her surgery day was a big one. The procedure sheet shows she had forehead lift, hairline lowering, orbital contouring, septorhinoplasty, combined cheek implants, a custom central chin implant, soft tissue refinement, intranasal lip lift, thyroid cartilage shave, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, submental liposuction, micrografts, and cheek volume with Voluma.
