By the one year mark, results have had time to fully settle, which is when the overall harmony becomes more noticeable. Rather than focusing on any single feature, the face begins to read as a whole.

Madeline’s treatment was performed in stages. Her procedures included tissue expansion, followed by forehead contouring with hairline lowering, rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and revision, chin reduction, lip procedures, thyroid cartilage shave, and soft tissue refinement.

One detail worth noting is the third image, where both the chin contour and hairline position are especially clear. The chin appears more refined and proportionate, while the adjusted hairline helps frame the face in a more balanced way.

Her initial surgery in August 2023 included a modified coronal forehead lift with supraorbital bone reduction and contouring, chin reduction, thyroid cartilage shave, septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafts, fascia to the lips, and micrografts to the fronto temporal recessions. In February 2025, she underwent a revision septorhinoplasty to further refine the nasal result.
